Transformer Hat by Natalia Johnson

This versatile “hat” works as a beanie, a ponytail hat, or a cowl.

The Designer: Natalia Johnson

Originally from Ukraine, Natalia fell in love with hand-crafts as a child. Although she loves everything creative, her favorite is crochet. She inherited her passion for it from her Granny. Now her family calls Natalia “New Granny” for her addiction to yarn and crochet. She lives in Texas with her husband and their two adorable daughters. The girls are her biggest inspiration for new projects. She started designing her own pieces for them. If only there was a way to keep up with all of the ideas.

She loves to teach her children and her nieces and nephews to crochet. When she’s not crocheting, she’s outside with her camera. She was raised in San Diego but now finds herself in the very hot Southern California desert.
