How do I log in to my subscription account?

Head to our Members Site here.

  • Log in using your email address and password. If you need to have your password sent to you can use the option on the log in page. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find the reply.

    What are HHM and PPP?

    Happily Hooked Magazine (HHM) and Pattern Pack Pro (PPP) are separate yet equally awesome publications. HHM is a monthly crochet magazine available in both digital and print formats and is full of a variety of trendy, fashionable, and fun designs you will want to actually crochet (instead of just admire). PPP is our monthly education and technique based pattern collection and is available in digital format only.

    Where is my bonus gift?

    IF your purchase included any bonus item(s), they are normally sent about 2 weeks after purchase, then delivery has typically been taking up to another 4 weeks. Canada and other foreign addresses will take longer for delivery. Please allow at least 4 weeks from your initial order before inquiring about your bonus item. Please note: Bonus gifts are NOT automatically provided for every purchase for every person. We run different promotions at different times and it all depends what offer each person buys.

    When are the issues released?

    Happily Hooked Magazine is published on the 1st of each month. Pattern Pack Pro is released on the 15th of each month. IF you also have HHM Print on your account, those Quarterly Print Edition contains the patterns from the 3 previous monthly digital issues. Print Editions mail out the next month after the Quarter ends.

    How do I find the newest issue in my Issue Library?

    After logging in to the HHM Members Site, all issues available to you are shown in your 'Issue Library". The default view is for HHM, simply click one of the other navigation links to switch to a differnt "shelf" in you library. If you aren't finding the newest addition to your Issue Library yet, your device is likely still reading the older version stored in your cache memory and you need to “force refresh” your web browser. Hit the Ctrl and F5 buttons at the same time, or if you are using a Mac use Cmd + R. iPads, iPhones and android phones need to be turned off completely, then turned back on. This needs to be done with EACH new release, as it is a function of your device's cache and not our site!

    How do I view and save my digital issue?

    After logging in to the HHM Members Site, click on the issue you want to view. You will see three options on the page: One says Download the PDF Version, and the second says Get the Print-Friendly Patterns for Your Collection. You use those to download and save the digital file to your device. The third option says "Add This Issue to Your Ravelry Library". Click 'Copy' or write down the Coupon Code; Then click where it says 'Click Here' under Checkout Now. Once on Ravelry, click the 'Add to Cart' button that shows under the picture of the magazine; Click near the bottom of the next screen that say "use a coupon code"; Enter the Coupon Code you had copied into the box and be sure to click Apply. Ravelry then sends an email directly with your download instructions, and you can find them right in your Ravelry account at any time. To find your Ravelry items, log in to Ravelry, then hover over the 'my notebook' navigation link near the top right corner of the page and click on 'library' in the dropdown menu.

    Is Happily Hooked available in Print format sent in the mail?

    YES! The quarterly Print Editions of HHM include the patterns from the previous 3 digital issues. Print Editions mail the next month after the quarter ends: The 1st Quarter Issue includes the pattern from the January, February, and March digital issues and mails mid-April; The 2nd Quarter mails mid-July; The 3rd Quarter mails mid-October; and the 4th Quarter mails mid-January. Mailing time by USPS is highly unpredictable and will take 2 to 8 weeks after the publisher mails them. Subscribers always have immediate Digital access to the new issues as soon as they are released while they wait for the Print Editions! IF you are ALREADY a digital subscriber or a Lifetime digital member, Print may be added to your account for only our own cost of producing those Print Editions.     How can I change my payment method or subscription term?

    How do I unsubscribe from my paid subscriptions?

    Subscribers can cancel their subscription right on the My Account page or by emailing [email protected] We can issue refunds upon request for subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the original purchase. Subscriptions cancelled after the initial refund period will continue through the already paid term with the next automatic renewal turned off. Renewed subscriptions cancelled after their renewals have already processed may be refunded within 7 days only of the charge. Renewed subscriptions cancelled after that period will continue through the already paid term with the next automatic renewal turned off.

    What devices are the digital publications available on?

    Your digital subscription can be viewed on any device with a web browser.
