Not finding the newest issue in your Issue Library yet?
Your device may still be reading the older version stored in your cache memory and that’s why you can’t see the new updates! Please log out of your subscription account, then “force refresh” your web browser. This will allow your browser to re-check with the web server to get the latest copy of the web page. Hit the control (Ctrl) and F5 button at the same time (Windows), or if you are using a Mac use Apple + R or Cmd + R.
Ravelry Link not working?
Click on any issue to view it, and save it to your device and Ravelry library using the options along the side of the page (or sometimes under the webviewer), which we strongly recommend. Please allow time for the page to completely load. If that Ravelry link doesn’t seem to work it may be due to a security setting on your device regarding the pop-up windows. Right click (or Ctrl+Click) the Ravelry link, then choose “Open Link In New Window”, and then the Ravelry info dialog should popup.
