The only crochet calendar that matters: December 2020 Edition

30 days crochet fun dec 2020

This holiday season, most of us are staying put, and luckily, we've got 30 things to suggest during our 30 Days of Crochet — December 2020 Edition!

Holidays are wonderful, and if there's any time of year when we gather together, this is it! But the way things are looking in 2020, that's probably not going to happen for a lot of us. So, that means our Decembers are looking a little different than they have in years past. Maybe that means more time for crochet! Hooray!

Happily Hooked 30 Days of Crochet!

Grab your hooks, yarn, and cameras everyone … because Sam is back with the #HappilyHooked30DaysofCrochet Challenge — December 2020 edition!

A Few of Our Favorite #HappilyHooked30DaysofCrochet
Daily Prompts

day 4 30 days dec 2020

National Cookie Day!

November 4th — National Cookie Day. This is definitely a day to celebrate! Especially in December because Christmas cookie-making is a real holiday tradition for many families. Sam loves her jam thumbprint cookies, I love a really good sugar cookie. What's your favorite?

day 9 30 days dec 2020

National Llama Day!

Day 9 — National Llama Day is a fantastic idea. After all, llama fleece is often spun into yarn and used for crocheting into wonderful things, like Llama amigurumi!

day 27 30days dec 2020

What one crochet “thing” can you NOT LIVE WITHOUT?

Day 27 a good day to reflect. It's a few days after Christmas. And, it's a few days before the new year starts. So you may have some time to think about things. Maybe think about how 2020 went for you, how you hope 2021 goes, what you didn't get for Christmas that you now have to buy for yourself … you know, that kind of thing.

For me, I could not live without my Happily Hooked membership (even if I didn't actually work here). But I also do love my ergonomic hooks, my project bag … oh, my stitch markers, I definitely need those … geez, I need to get shopping!
