Simple stitches combined with color-changing yarn yield a quick project which is snug and warm.

The Designer: Susan Carlson

Susan describes herself as a cheerful, creative, crochet designer and collector of all things colorful. She was taught to crochet as a young girl by her granny, but got distracted by running track, traveling, family, and teaching high school science until 2011. When she picked up her hook again to quiet her noisy mind, the creativity simply flowed. Susan particularly enjoys designing blankets because they allow her to “paint with colorful yarn on a canvas”. She opened Felted Button in 2012 and has been designing with color as her inspiration ever since.
